What we collect

• Idea inputs you submit for recon (idea text, category, optional location/audience).
• Email if you opt in on the verdict screen or at checkout (Stripe).
• Payment metadata handled by Stripe — we do not store card numbers.
• Usage signals such as IP-based rate limits and hatch IDs for caching shared verdicts.

How we use it

To run market recon, deliver verdicts, process unlocks and Hatch Pack credits, prevent abuse, and reply to support requests. We do not sell your data.

Retention

Free preview verdicts and share links are cached for up to 7 days when extended via share. Payment sessions and credits are retained as needed for billing and account restore.

Third parties

We use Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Upstash KV (caching), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot check), and LLM/search providers to run recon. Each has its own privacy policy.
